You know what bugs me?

Ok, you're right, everything bugs me.  What's bugging me now is when I appear to be walking straighter, or walking without my cane, and someone says "oh you must be getting better".  No I'm not.  It's more about how well I'm tolerating the pain at the moment.  And I always seem to interpret "you must be getting better" to mean "you don't reallly need that handicap spot, do you?".  Hmm, maybe the problem is just me. :)

Still alive

Although I almost died last August.  Or so the doctor said, I don't remember much about it myself.  Two months on disability taking antibiotics and I'm back to my normal, not posting, self.

Honestly I sometimes wonder why I started a blog.  I really hate to write.  Even on Twitter I mostly hit re-tweet.  I mean, how many times can I point out liberal stupidity?  

Well, I think the end is coming and anarchy will reign. Keep your powder dry.  You're going to need it.

Bayou Renaissance Man: "Education for rapists" - don't believe the bull!

Some of you have doubtless been following the politically correct brouhaha over defense against rape, sparked by Miss Nevada's comments about self-defense for women.  Most of the liberal/progressive/feminist wing insisted that this was a terrible idea, and that the "rape culture" was to blame, and what was needed was "education for rapists" so that they wouldn't do it any more.  (YGTBSM!!!)

More about "education for rapist". I doubt that anyone with a liberal mindset will even be able to understand what is being said.

There is no inherent good in mankind. Some can control themselves and some cannot. And some don't even wish to.

You need more than education. You need extermination.

And Nia caught a lot of flack over this comment. Why? Her detractors say that a women shouldn't "need" to learn how to defend themselves. In a limited sense that's true. The shouldn't "need" to. However in the real world they should. Since there are evil men out there that enjoy overpowering women and taking what they want a woman HAS to be able to defend herself. In my opinion the quickest way to teach a man not to rape is two bullets center mass. It's then likely that he will never rape again. Or do anything else for that matter. But that's fine with me.

Now non-violent, non-consensual rape is worse. This type of "person", ( I can't use the word man here) is even more cowardly than those that commit violent rape. Sure they may not cause physical damage but to me it's even more insidious. I agree with Larry in his article above, which you should read, we should just take those slime and string them up.
