"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Everytime I read this I can't figure out how somebody can make this out to mean only the National Guard can keep and bear arms. For christ sake any seventh grader that has been exposed to sentence diagramming could see that the operative part of the statement is "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Guns outlawed in DC. Crime increases. Concealed weapons allowed in Arizona and Florida. Crime decreases. Based on Justice department figures ya'll. Go look it up yourself. I know you won't believe me.
