Daily Kos caught stealing
For a July 11th post the Daily Kos decided rather than either link back or store an image himself he'd just code the post to pull directly from The View Through a Windsheild. No thanks, credit, or have an apple. This saves Kos storage and bandwidth. However Joe Sherlock gets screwed. Fortunately Joe has a sense of humor. And a nice sense of payback. Wonder how many people will see the changed graphic before Kos realizes he's been had.
Thanks to Michelle Malkin for the tip
Update: Kos did comment on this situation and said Joe had a point even though it was a diary entry as oppposed to a Kos post. However he still hasn't deleted the link. In addition there has been some discussion about whether this is really theft. In my opinion it is since the hosting site (joe) gets bandwidth sucked up with no link or credit to his site. Therefore he is incurring increased bandwidth costs without corresponding traffic to his site. If the poster had said "see this picture at... " that might have worked. Or even hosted the pic with Joe's permission and a credit link to Joe. So Kos?... Watcha gonna do?

You can't be this dumb, or can you?
Kos didn't link to that guy’s site; it was linked by a reader of DailyKos in his diary.
If you would have even bothered to check you'd see that Kos did not make that post.
My God you Malkinites are morons...

His blog. His responsibility.
Oh wait.. You must be a lefty. It's always someone elses fault then isn't it.
Oh and just because I happened to catch a link on Michelle's blog doesn't make me a Malkinite. But then lefties are all about tossing out labels and epithets. Much easier than actually thinking.
